The Gratitude Project 2017

Practice gratitude every week.

Using the prompts sent out each week, record snippets of your life for which you are thankful for.

At the end of each month, the weeks will be compiled. At the end of the year, you'll have twelve months of thanks and gratitude that you can present to a loved one, use as a family gift, or simply keep for yourself.

This project is part of the Self-Care theme for this year. Since gratitude is absolutely vital to maintaining self-care routines, noticing the positive changes you're making within yourself, and noticing the wonderful growth you see in your children and family.
