Upgrade Everything was built for people like us - freelance creatives who are wearing many hats and are very busy doing client work, managing several projects, probably running a side hustle and then somehow finding the time to invest in a creative passion assignment.

Upgrade Everything is a course for freelance creatives that offers a simple fitness strategy, an easy nutrition habit and practical productivity boosters. Upgrade Everything is for you if:

  • You want to learn how to change your body with one simple fitness strategy
  • You don't want to go on a strict diet but need a practical nutrition habit to follow
  • You need to skyrocket productivity in order to make more money and/or do better work
  • You'd like to be consistently creative and never run out of ideas

The idea is that by taking your health and wellness by the horns, everything else gets better: Your work, your creativity, your productivity and more.

I wrote this originally as a guide for myself. Once I discovered how well it worked, I figured it would help my fellow creatives too. My aim for this course is to simply help you do better work faster.
