Yoga for Healthy Backs
There are several Iyengar Yoga sequences that I do to specifically care for my back (and that I love teaching to others!). These practices, however, are very often made up of asanas that are routinely taught in regular classes. Wouldn't it be useful to incorporate the principles of 'back-care' into your practice, regardless of which sequence you are doing? You can! The key is to bring the LENS OF BACK-CARE with you, every time you step on the mat.
