14-Day Home Workout Course
Will you need equipment for this course?
You will be able to complete most, if not all, of the workouts with your own body weight. Additional equipment will only be needed to increase the intensity of certain exercises. The course includes alternatives and scaled exercises for those without equipment. If you'd like, you can purchase all the equipment you need for $25-$50 (resistance bands, a kettlebell or two, and possibly dumbbells).
Is this course for beginners?
Absolutely. Like I mentioned above, the workouts include instructions for scaling exercises up or down based on ability level. So whether you're brand new to strength training or a strength training master, you'll have an effective workout.
What type of results can I expect?
While I would love to promise mind blowing results in 14 days, that wouldn't be my style. I hope this doesn't deter you from taking the course, but this course aims to educate you on strength training and nutrition practices that lead to a healthier, stronger life that can be sustained.
That's not to say you won't see results in the 14 days. If you work hard, crush all 14 workouts, and implement the nutrition strategies, you will undoubtedly improve your body composition, strength, and physical capacity. What's more, if you continue beyond the 14 days (the end result of the course), your results will increase exponentially.
How long are the workouts?
Most of the workouts will take between 20-30 minutes depending on your rest periods. Again, the workouts will have instructions for increasing or decreasing duration and intensity based on your desired effect.
How much space will I need for the workouts?
The workouts for this course were filmed in a tiny living room of a 900 square foot apartment while being careful to not destroy light fixtures. (I'm 6'5, so overhead movements are challenging.) I think it's safe to say, you don't need a ton of room!
