Plan Your Days!
I'm so excited about this particular challenge - seriously, I want to jump and down!!! If you're not in the habit of making a plan for the day, you really should try it. I don't care if you use a fancy planner, an app on your phone, print out a daily planning sheet, or just simply write your plan on a scrap piece of paper. The point is that you need to make a plan. Even if you don't accomplish everything that you intended, you will get so much more done than you would without a plan.
