Earlier this year I did a podcast on the 10 Steps To Improve Your Life. The response to that episode led me to believe that others also struggle to maintain balance and make space for the things they love.
Additionally, while working with a few individuals this year, I realized that most people are struggling with similar issues. They know that something needs to change--family, work, health, etc.--but they can’t identify what exactly they need to do to maintain balance.
I’ve created a journal, Life Cleanse: a Self Discovery Journal, that will focus on self discovery and give you a better understanding of where your time is going. This journal will help guide you through creating an action plan that works for you.
