I used to be really skeptical of Meditation, but now it is imperative to my every day. It has helped me find my stillness and sanity in this busy life of mine.
So, I decided to share the love and record something very personal for you. It's packed with all the tricks I use in my daily routine. All the things that help me choose my battles throughout the day so I don't curse out the cashier, or get mild road rage.. ya know, the usual. You will be led through some stretching, affirmations, and deep breathing. It even has some time built in to journal a bit (so make sure to have it handy).
