This meditation is packed with all the tricks I use in my daily routine. All the things that help me choose my battles throughout the day so I don't curse out the cashier, or get mild road rage.. ya know, the usual. You will be led through some stretching, affirmations, and deep breathing. It even has some time built in to journal a bit (so make sure to have it handy).
