as bad idea.

I thought it would be interesting...

to use exercise science to see how well I could do in a 430 km race.

Location: around the majestic Norwegian mountain range Jotunheimen.

Challenge #1: only having 12 weeks to go from unfit to race prepped.

Challenge #2: never having done a bike race before.

It turns out there was quite an interest for my little cycling science stunt. Some 1000 kilometers, 7000 email subscribers and many science reviews later I have finally found the time to publish my cycling blog in english.
