Muffin Club for Moms

The perfect way to stay motivated to make a healthy batch of muffins each week!

Join me for our weekly muffin club!

Whether you are planning for postpartum or just want to get in the habit of making healthy muffins to have on hand for your family, sign up so you can stay up to date on each weekly recipe!

Over the next eight weeks, I plan to bake muffins every Monday (or at least once a week that is!). When I do, I like to bake one batch to eat/enjoy immediately and one batch to freeze for us to enjoy once the long summer days are over and chaos of the school year begins!

Due to the overwhelming number of requests I got from fellow mamas when I did this the first time (last summer, when prepping for postpartum with baby #3), I decided to share the recipe that we will be making each week. This gives you the weekend to make sure you have all of the ingredients you need so that you can come join in on social when this club bakes and shares their weekly muffins!

My goal is to feature recipes that provide nutrient-dense muffin options - perfect for breastfeeding moms, hungry kids, and all the family members in between. I will try to note allergens each week in the emails, as well as any substitutions I use (to say, lower the sugar). I also plan to keep most options made up of standard household ingredients (nothing too fancy that we don't already keep on hand).

Join the club!

Due to the overwhelming reply of other mamas who are interested in doing this as well, I thought I would create this sign up form so that you can get a weekly email (on Saturday mornings) with the recipe that we will be making the following Monday. Then, you have the weekend to make sure you have the ingredients you need so that you can come join in on social when this club bakes and shares their weekly muffins!
