Healing After Traumatic Loss

Living and Thriving On Your Grief Journey

Are you living in a fog?

Feeling like no one understands?

On January 17,2017 I experienced a traumatic loss. My oldest son, Michael Brandon Harrell took his own life. He was a military veteran with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and a Traumatic Brain Injury from his time served in Iraq.

I can honestly say the physical and emotional pain was so intense I thought I wasn't going to make it. It's very hard to explain to those who have not experienced it.

As a wellness coach, I already had gathered tools for my journey I used for stress. I found after my loss, I realized these tools were even more needed for this new journey I didn't ask for. I'd like to share those with you.

You have by now found the only people who really "get you" are those who have gone through the same type of loss.
